Product description

GATE is a power line supervision system with real-time communications with the server. Measurement:

  • The current of each of the three phases plus the outgoing neutral.
  • The voltage of each of the three phases with respect to the neutral, taken at the exit of one of the line switches.
  • Measures and events in real time on server.
  • The device includes a 24V power cable, an Ethernet cable, 4 Flex power sensors and a 3PH voltage connector.
  • Features

    The main functions of GATE are:

  • Threephase current measurement + Neutral
  • Measurement of three-phase tensions
  • Calculation of derived electrical magnitudes. Power, power factor cos s, active/reactive/apparent power, active energy per quadrant, symmetric components and frequency.
  • Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Calculation of voltage and current harmonics up to 41st (21st odd harmonic).
  • Measurement and registration of electrical parameters.
  • Event log
  • Alarms: short-circuit, overload, power failure.
  • The IoT device shows the most important measured values directly on the screen. Integrate communication interfaces using Modbus TCP and MQTT. The built-in web server is used to display measured values, events, and device settings.
  • The IoT device is designed with high-power and long-lasting hardware components. Specific interfaces for metrology and sensory applications.
  • Device hardware components are selected to improve security features, such as generating, storing and ciphering cryptographic keys.
