BULKER is an environmental monitoring device for power transformers. Measurement:

Measurement of the transformer chassis temperature by infrared sensor.
Measurement of the transformer oil temperature.
Measurement of the environmental ozone level.
Measurement of the transformer’s ambient temperature and humidity.
Flood Detection Sensor.
4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs for alarms.
The device includes a 24V power cable, an Ethernet cable, 1 oil temperature probe and 1 flood sensor kit.

The main functions of the BULKER are:

Measurement of oil temperature of power transformer
Checking whether the substation is flooded.
Measuring ozone level
Measurement of the temperature of the chassis transformer (infrared sensor)
8 configurable digital entries/outputs (4 entries + 4 outputs)
chronological record of alarms and events of substation
Measurement of indoor and HR ambient temperature
The IoT device integrates communication interfaces using Modbus TCP and MQTT. The built-in web server is used to display measured values, events, and device settings.
The IoT device is designed with high-power and long-lasting hardware components. Specific interfaces for metrology and sensory applications.
Device hardware components are selected to improve security features, such as generating, storing and ciphering cryptographic keys.
